We accept returns only if you have received a damaged product or a wrong product has been shipped to you.
● You can email us at mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the damaged/wrong product.
● Once your return has been authorised, we'd be happy to process your refund via the same payment mode with which you made the purchase.
● We will review your return request. Upon approval, we will arrange for a reverse pick up at a time mutually agreed upon with you.
Refund or Replacement: We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition! We need you to share pictures with us so we can understand what went wrong to process
your refund or replacement request. Please note - we will not be able to refund or replace any orders without any pictures!
After receiving the item we will go through the necessary quality checks.
We will initiate the refund after once the return is inspected
